Our Residential Managers use their years of experience in the endeavor to find tenants who will appreciate the property they are renting. We strive to keep the lines of communication open between ourselves and our property owners, as well as between ourselves and our tenants. In order to best protect the owner's investment, we encourage tenants to advise us immediately of any problems with the property.
We have maintenance staff who take care of minor repairs, and report back on the general condition of the property. Our Residential Managers drive by on a regular basis to see the overall appearance of the property. In addition we make complete inspections at least twice a year to check the upkeep of the rental unit, and to advise the owner of any maintenance issues to consider.
Sunden Management Ltd. is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act, and is a member of the Better Business Bureau. We operate under the requirements of the Residential Tenancy Act, and the Human Rights Code. We also offer owners and tenants a 24 hour, seven day a week emergency service.
