To allow for social distancing and to reduce non-essential contact we request:

To our valued Clients and Tenants,

Due to the current situation and the heightened level of awareness to social distance and isolate, Sunden Management Ltd. will be closing the doors to the public.  At this time, the office will remain open but physical access will not be permitted.

Sunden Management will continue to be available by phone, through email and our online forms. 

Access to our rental listings, document requests and online forms will be available through our website at http://sundenmanagement.com

Should anyone need a physical appointment for keys, documents, etc., please make arrangements in advance with our office and we will arrange for these items to be picked up with limited physical contact. 

We have a drop slot upstairs in our second entry door for required drop off’s; although, for everyone safety we highly recommend the use of our online services, email and e-transfers for payments.

Letter Sent To All Clients And Tenants

To our valued Clients and Tenants,

At Sunden Management Ltd., our staff, clients, tenants and their families and friends are important to us and we hope that everyone is doing their part to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus for the health and safety of our local and global community.

We continue to be open and available to meet your tenancy needs.  Our employees have been advised to maintain social distance and follow proper hygiene protocols including no direct physical contact.  Before arranging appointments for viewings, move in/outs and service repairs we will be asking questions relating to your recent travel and health.  We ask that when an appointment is scheduled that social distancing and hygiene be a top priority.  Safety comes first and we all must do our part to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
